how we process your orders - how we ensure zero waste and how to be part of the process
once you place an order online we will start making it - this ensures that there is no waste and all items have a home to go to
all items are made to order, please allow 2-3 weeks for this process
you will receive an email you once your package as been shipped with a tracking number - due to COVID-19 delivery times may vary - however all items are tracked and insured
you will receive an email to confirm your order

pick up in Madrid: 24-48h
domestic shipping in Spain: 3-4 days *

returns and exchanges
refunds and exchanges can be issued, if the product is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receipt - for further info please email madeobviousbusiness@gmail.com
please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt - please be sure to return your item(s) in the same condition as you received them as we're unable to refund or exchange items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition

we think about the environmental - social and ethical impact in everything that we do
we are fully committed to being 100% sustainable brand and each day we are getting closer to our goal
the global organic textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres - including ecological and social criteria - backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain - this fabric is used for all the products we make
all fabric left over from our fabric cutting is used to create patchwork eye and body pillows
all our boxes are made from recycled materials and are recyclable - our logo is printed on them with water based ink

certified organic flaxseed sourced from india & eu certified Bio lavender from provence - France
place it in a freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes - it can be left overnight or stored in the freezer for when ever you might need it
place it in a microwave at 600w for 30 seconds
remove the cover and wash it at 30°C
laundry Care
in order to reduce fabric waste we do not include care labels in our garments
all our fabric is 100% cotton and can be washed at 30°C and ironed on a medium heat, it can also be both tumble dried and/or professionally dry cleaned
